Q. Why order from Santa P’s vs a tree lot?

Santa P’s takes the hassle out of buying and setting up your Christmas tree. No more wandering around the tree lot trying to decipher the best from the rest, no loading and unloading your tree from your car, no mess in the driveway and home, no more sappy fingers from struggling to stand your tree in the house and get that right fit.  It is also fun for your kids, its like Santa delivering an early gift!

Q. What quality tree will I get?

By the USDA grading standards, Premium grade is the perfect tree. Grading characteristics include: Normal taper, fresh, clean, healthy, well shaped, perfect density, and no noticeable defects. Compared to #1 grade with all four faces having 2 defects. Premium grade trees are not typically for sale on retail lots as they are much more expensive. Tree lots typically sell a limited number of grade #1 trees and a majority of commercial grade trees. Which keeps you walking in circles trying to find the best one, Premium, which isn’t there.

Healthy, fresh, clean, well shaped (taper), high density, no defect.

 

Q: How do I order?

A: Visit our online store, select the size and quantity of tree, wreath and/or length of garland you would like. Proceed to check out and you will select your delivery date you wish Santa P’s to deliver your items. We will deliver your order to your door on your selected date.

*Note Santa P’s will trim your tree to fit your stand and will clean up all trimmings and dust. Leaving your home cleaner than before. 

Q. What if I want my tree setup in my home?

At checkout select, “In home setup” and Santa P’s will handle the rest, we just need you to supply your own stand which has the ability to hold the size tree you ordered. We will also sweep and remove needles from hard surfaces in your home leaving a clean trail behind us.

Q. What time will my tree be delivered?

We will call you the day before delivery to confirm your order and will give you a delivery window of when we plan to arrive on your selected delivery date.

Q. What if I’m not able to be at home during the available delivery dates?

We can leave your order at your home, all we need is a pale of water left out and Santa P will have your tree waiting for you upon your return. Please leave us a note at checkout where you would like for us to leave your order (I.e. back porch, outside of downstairs garage, etc.).
